Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. For questions about specific items, please contact us.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item and then place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not cover the cost for the return shipping. And we may also charge a restocking fee (up to 40% of the initial order value) to cover our costs . Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
